      2. Create a page on the website that includes all full-time employees with their pictures, contact information, and pronouns
      3. Provide floating holiday options
      4. Use adaptive technology on the website and automatic closed captions in Zoom meetings

    2. Communication & Employer Branding
      1. Enhance the standard Equal Opportunity Employer language to be more inclusive and warm
      2. Update the public facing communications
      3. Put values up front when advertising or posting Board openings
    3. Accountability & Measurement – Collect and track metrics to measure how much change or impact an initiative creates
    4. The Vibrant Pittsburgh Index Initiative – Complete the initiative in 2022 to give the municpality a baseline assessment of where we are doing well and areas that have opportunity
