    1. Renegotiate police union contracts so that officers who have been fired/suspended for cause may not have the decision reversed through any arbitration process independent of the MLPD Administration & the Civil Service Board
    2. Adopt a social media policy for al municipal employees to ensure that employees representing Mt. Lebanon are not being unduly influenced by hateful rhetoric
    3. Require periodic credit history, social media checks, and fitness reevaluation for active duty officers and MLPD employees
    4. Opt into the Allegheny County Independent Police Review Board
