Kids in Our Courts

2 minute read

This week we focus on school policing reform with Tiffany Sizemore, Candidate for Court of Common Pleas, and Ghadah Makoshi, Community Advocate with the ACLU of Pennsylvania.

These two juvenile justice reform advocates will discuss much-needed reforms to how our children enter the courts and to how they are treated once in the system, along with the racial inequities that exist as a result of these broken systems.

This discussion could not be more timely as the PA Juvenile Justice Task Force is holding a meeting on April 14, 2021, for comments from the public regarding its recommendations for reform.
