Judge Elliot Howsie presided in the adult section of the Family Division after his appointment in 2019; Sabrina Korbel is the Legal Director of the Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh and has practiced her entire career in Family Division; and Alyssa Cowan is an attorney to Allegheny County Children Youth and Families, practicing in the juvenile section of the Family Division.
